It took him about 24 hours to start using this. Now both my dog and cat are using it. It is really quiet, so I don’t even notice it. Once my cat decided he liked it he has been drinking from it nonstop! So far it has stayed really clean and we have filled it twice in 3 days. We are leaving their other water out too, but they definitely prefer this!

Easy to assemble. Very quiet operation. This is our 3rd water flow watering dish for our cats. First one was plastic, loud, and splattered. Our second one was similar in design to this one, but had an larger capacity. The puppy chewed the cord, which put us back in the market for a new one. I like the "window" to see the water level, which is good because of the smaller capacity. The last one didn't have that. It is quiet. Both cats were drawn to it immediately after plugging it in. Highly recommend.

Very little maintenance!. Wash in sink at least once a week. Change filter as directed. This is food grade stainless. Doesn't mean it shouldn't be washed. I use my filtered water from the fridge to fill it, even better!!!. Sometimes I put ice in it. My cat loves it!! Running water attracts cats like a sink. Older cats love it most. I've had it on the counter for a month or so now. Zero issues!! Dogs and cats deserve clean fresh water like we do. That is all. Enjoy!!

This was what I was looking for. I wanted something stainless steal and not plastic. This metal is light and not super heavy and was very easy to put together. Seems like it’ll be very easy to clean. The noise isn’t loud and reminds me of a soft zen water fountain. My cat loves drinking from the faucet so this little fountain was perfect for her. I love knowing she’ll have fresh running water!

Two of our cats will only drink from the top where the water pools and the other one will actually drink from where the water is coming out. Blue LED light makes it very easy to see where the water level is at at all times. Easier to clean than other water fountains I’ve had.
